LAST Saturday was a slight comedown from the weekend before as we lost on the road to Richmond after taking the top spot for the first time in over seven years.

All is not lost, however, as there is only three points between us and Rams, who have taken pole position once again.

The match in London was a tight game in the first half, but Richmond ran away with it during the second half finishing 36-22 winners at the final whistle.

The boys in green did come away with that all-important four-try losing bonus point, though. They tried their utmost to close the gap, with two Richmond boys getting a yellow in the final 10 minutes, but two games on the bounce on the road proved to take its toll facing

This week, however, we are back at Brickfields Birmingham Moseley, who are currently fifth in the table. As I have mentioned previously, the league this year is so competitive, with just 10 points between seventh-placed Richmond and league leaders Rams.
