TRIBUTES have been paid to a Plymouth grandmother. Vicky Ann Steele passed away on July 26, surrounded by her family.
The 62-year-old mum of five and a grandmother of 10, had a "wicked sense of humour" and was the "most loving person". Vicky, who was the former housekeeper and a carer at Red House in Yelverton, had "the biggest character for such a little lady"!
She was said to often be "causing some sort of mayhem that would make everyone laugh" and "doted on her children and grandchildren."
