6 arrested over Hathras tragedy

TWO days after 121 people died and scores injured in a stampeded in Hathras, the UP Police on Thursday arrested six of the organisers of the 'satsang sabha' of selfstyled preacher Bhole Baba alias Narayan Sakar Hari alias Suraj Pal Jatav.

The police have not been able to locate the Baba even after 48 hours of the tragedy. The UP Police's Special Operation Groups (SOGS) have reportedly raided around eight hideouts of the Baba in Mainpuri, Gwalior, Kanpur and Hathras, but to no avail.
