Revealing this during a press meet here on Tuesday, vice-president of Karnataka State Uppara Sangha and former ZP president Mahadevappa Shetty said the convention will be presided over by Ral Ramulu Sagar from Hyderabad and the event will focus on the welfare and future of the salt-making community across India.
He said the meeting aims at addressing historical challenges faced by the salt-making community.
