TERMING the reply of BJP chief JP Nadda in response to Congress chief Mallikarjun Kharge writing to PM Modi as "intemperate" and "senseless," the Congress on Thursday said the ruling party has "mastered the art of cheap politics; of using hatred and polarisation to distract people from its glaring failures.
