TN govt pays ₹140 cr incentive due, sets conditions for Aavin

This follows a government order (GO) issued by Satyabrata Sahoo, Secretary of Animal Husbandry and Dairy Development, on October 29.

The state government introduced a ₹3-per-litre incentive to boost milk procurement last December, leading to an additional annual expenditure of ₹360 crore.
