"We need to investigate these claims because, to be honest, our primary focus is on developing solid cases.
We're thoroughly reviewing the documents," Cruz said in an interview over dwPM yesterday.
He added that the PAOCC will coordinate with the Armed Forces of the Philippines and foreign counterparts to verify the allegations.
