The ALO took such decision after the negotiation entered a stalemate when the trade unions stood at 19 percent bonus and the management stuck at 12 per cent last night yesterday.
The ALO Mr Banerjee, in meeting proceedings, mentioned, “ Since there was a deadlock in the discussion and both the parties were adamant, the government intervened to amicably settle the issue.”
