The pact was signed between Mr. NP Srivastava, Executive Director, NACOF India Limited and Mr. Chandan Bora, General Manager & Head of Tea Division, Andrew Yule & Company Limited along with the independent Director of Andrew Yule including Mr. Sarfraj Rizvi and Mr. Suresh Jajodia of NACOF at the headquarters of the PSU at Kolkata.
