Speaking at the scheme’s launch function at the Kushabhau Thakre Convention Centre in Bhopal, Mr Chouhan said that men and women of all sections of the society who do not have a house yet, would be eligible for the scheme. He said initially the scheme is being launched for the rural areas of the state and subsequently it would be implemented for the urban areas too.
