The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) chairman S Somanath on Sunday said there is no controversy over naming of the place where Vikram lander of Chandrayan3 successfully landed on the moon as Shiv Shakthi.

Speaking to media persons after visiting Pornami Kavu Bhandrakali temple at Vengannur in Thiruvananthapuram, Mr Somanath said: "The country has the right to name the place where the Vikram lander of Chandrayan3 landed on the moon. Many countries have named in this way before and there is no need to make it a controversy."
