The Tokyo-based company known as NTT could raise as much as US$1 billion (S$1.29 billion) from the first-time share sale, the people said, asking not to be identified because the deliberations are private. The data centre assets included in the Reit may be worth US$2 billion to US$3 billion, one of the people said.
A listing could take place as soon as late 2025, the people said.
