A DISGRACED senior police officer who bedded a young rookie "ought to have known better" as he sat on a misconduct panel for other officers, a hearing was told.
Daniel Greenwood, 41, quit his £103,000-a-year post after his affair with a "vulnerable" student PC 17 years his junior was uncovered.
The married chief superintendent, who served as Bradford's district commander, resigned before he was fired, a West Yorkshire Police misconduct panel heard last week.
