As Cheryl, 40, Nadine Coyle, 38, Kimberley Walsh, 42, and Nicola Roberts, 38, sang The Promise they faced a screen on which Sarah appeared, wearing a matching golden gown.
The star, who died aged 39 in 2021 after battling cancer, sang: "So here I am. Walking Primrose. Wondering when I'm gonna see you again."
