Toulon EXETER boss Rob Baxter reckons Henry Slade is rolling back the years after his last-minute conversion stunned the three-time kings of Europe.
A decade ago Slade was in his first senior season when Exeter played here in the south of France, and were comprehensively beaten 32-10 by the then-best side in Europe.
Since then Slade has won the league and Champions Cup, and he helped Chiefs put one foot in the last 16 with this shock opening win.
Slade's nerveless twopointer, with the clock dead, settled the tie as Jacques Vermeulen's try gave him the chance to drag over the line a visiting side that had trailed 18-5 at half-time.
