Struggling to get over a break-up?

Break-ups are never easy to navi-gate. Finding one’s feet after a faith-shattering experience is never simple. So, if you’re looking for some help, here are some ways to make things easier after a break-up.

1 CUT OFF CONTACT COMPLETELY, INCLUDING FOLLOWING EACH OTHER ON SOCIAL MEDIA While it’s not unnatural to develop a cordial relationship with an ex after a break-up, when it is fresh or not mutual or amicable, it’s not healthy to try to creep back into each other’s lives under the guise of friendship, especially if it’s right after the breakup. You need distance in order to have a better perspective of a person. If you don’t spend enough time without your ex, you’ll not get used to life without them. So, delete each other’s phone numbers, unfollow them on social media and avoid meeting, too. Of course, use the block button if need be. The last thing you need is to feel emotional when they view your story, accidentally like your post or post photos with the new person they’re dating.
