The actor had linked her bank accounts to the WhatsApp payment feature.
Goregaon police said the actor lost the money within 20 minutes after she received the link. She had searched online for the contact number of an orthopedic doctor at around 11.20am. The WhatsApp scam link steals personal and banking details immediately after a person clicks on it.
