From being born in the small town of Vadnagar in Gujarat, to becoming the pradhan sewak of 135 crore Indians, it has been a long journey with challenges and struggles at every step. He accepted these as an opportunity to create a new India.
Over the last 20 years, the world has been a witness to his style of working, vision and mission. As the chief minister of Gujarat, he presented a unique model of development and good governance before the entire country. Having suffered the flawed policies of communalism and appeasement, the people strived for an inclusive leadership which cared for everyone. The exploited and neglected people wanted a leadership that rose above dirty, divisive tactics and worked for ‘One India-Ideal India.’ This became a reality in 2014 when the country and its people gave overwhelming support to Modi ji.
In the past eight years, a New India has emerged for the world to see. The trust put forth in Prime Minister Modi as the true symbol of people’s aspirations and an icon of Indianness, has been consolidated.
