Recently, Anushri won a silver medal in the Royal cup National Championship 2022. It is one of the grand events in Mumbai with 1400 entries from multiple states. 1st place in taekwondo speed kick, 1st place in karate in an online national sports championship.
Anushri is currently a first Dan black belt. Her father Vijay Shinde, had encouraged her to join Karate classes held in the society when she was just 4 years old. The intention was to make her strong enough to fight for herself and learn basic defence skills.
