Adam Lamprey has 22 years of experience in the recruitment industry. Originally from the UK, he moved to Singapore in 2008. Adam has designed regional talent solutions & led large global talent teams hiring thousands of incredibly talented people. Most recently, he was the Senior Director of Talent Attraction for Indeed.com, the largest global HRtech company. Adam launched Talent Analytica because he saw a gap in the market for a strategic boutique search & talent advisory specializing in data science & analytics. He says, "We act as a strategic partner to our clients, developing their talent strategy & helping them attract the very best talent in the market, advising them on how to improve their recruitment & hiring processes and positioning them as the employer of choice in the market."

The majority of Adam's career has been in technology recruitment. Data analytics has always been his passion; the company has embedded it in its talent solutions.
