Visharg Shah works as Manager - Data Science and is a part of the System department at Asian Paints. The organization has multiple functions such as System, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales & Marketing, Audit, Finance, Shared Services, etc. The System department is ideally an I.T. department that has multiple teams such as Infosec, Analytics, etc. and Visharg is the part of Analytics team. His responsibilities are to build an analytical understanding of the business and make them understand the A.I. processes and how they can help the business to grow. He is also responsible for setting a practice of executing projects using DataOps & MLOps to deliver projects efficiently. He also works with different functions and stakeholders to figure out the use cases by talking workshops and brainstorming sessions. Visharg is responsible for executing end-to-end use-case and worked with multiple use cases such as Credit Risk Modelling, Lead Scoring, Invoice Duplication, Credit Limit Prediction, RFT, Admixture, etc
