It was less than four years ago that this nascent streaming service set itself against the might of Nexflix, Amazon Prime Video and the like. Since then it has evolved at a breakneck pace and now offers access to nearly every Disney title ever committed to celluloid.
The rich catalogue of content from Disney and its subsidiaries includes hundreds of films and TV series, from all-time classics to family favourites. It is the only place to see Star Wars and Marvel releases, and is the exclusive streaming hub for every Disney theatrical release from 2019 and beyond. It also includes material from Star, a channel that offers “grown-up” content, as well as Hulu originals.
Many titles are presented in the best video and audio technologies available today – 4K, HDR10, Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos – and Disney has really gone the distance where device support is concerned. Atmos content on Disney Plus spans more than 100 titles which are also available in Dolby Vision HDR.
