King to share holiday home

If William ever needs advice about anything to do with the Duchy of Cornwall, he can go to his dad, who oversaw it for many decades and turned it into a very profitable business. But he's not in the King's good books at the moment, having told his father he can no longer have exclusive use of a beloved Welsh holiday home that is owned by the duchy.

Charles bought the rural property, called Llwynywermod, in 2007 through the duchy and lovingly restored it. He and Queen Camilla usually spend a couple of weeks there each summer.

However, now William's in charge, he has told the King that it's going to be rented out to the public from September, and if he wants to stay there, he'll have to pay like everyone else. He'll also have to move out all of his personal belongings.

A royal source says, "The King was quite miffed but that was the deal."
