It’s that time of year again – you want to look and feel your best when having fun in the sun. And why not? But don’t worry if previous attempts to shape up have failed, or you don’t know where to start, these bitesized tips and tricks are so easy to take on board, you won’t even realise you’re doing them. Here’s what you need to do.
1 Eat mindfully
Slow down the pace by putting your cutlery down between bites, and don’t eat while doing other activities, such as watching TV or working. Plus, turn on the lights. Dim lighting may lower inhibitions and lead to overeating.
2 Lower stress levels
