Dinnertime gets a shape-up with these simple dishes

SESAME PORK PATTIES WITH NOODLES

INGREDIENTS:

1 Combine mince and onion in a bowl. Place sesame seeds on a plate. Shape pork mixture into 12 patties. Press each patty into sesame seeds to lightly coat.

2 Heat oil in a large frying pan over moderate heat. Cook patties, in batches, for 2 mins each side or until golden and cooked. Transfer to a heat-proof plate.

3 Meanwhile, soak noodles in boiling water in a heat-proof bowl for 1 min. Stir to separate strands. Drain. Add carrot, zucchini, mint and half the sweet chilli sauce, tossing to combine.

4 Top noodle mixture with patties. Serve drizzled with remaining sweet chilli sauce.
