Speedy sweets!

In less than 30 minutes, you can create delish desserts with all the fanfare and none of the fuss

SHORTCUT NUTELLA PUDDINGS

MAKES 4 PREP 5 MINS COOK 5 MINS

• 1/2 cup Nutella
• 1/2 cup milk
• 400g frozen chocolate cake
• mascarpone, raspberries, to serve

1 Preheat oven to 180°C. Arrange 4 x 1/2-cup ramekins on an oven tray.

2 In a small bowl, whisk Nutella and milk until smooth.

3 Cut cake into quarters, then halve widthways. Arrange half Icake pieces in the base of ramekins. (trimming to fit). Pour over half the Nutella mixture. Repeat layers with cake and the remaining Nutella mixture.

4 Bake 5 mins until heated through. Serve with mascarpone and raspberries.
