While January often brings the pressures of strict self-improvement routines and healthy habits, this year, I’ve taken a gentler approach in my own life, one I’ve shared with you in this issue. I find that lots of my best resolutions fall apart across the year because I don’t have the energy to keep on top of them - and I’m not alone in that!
