In this issue

SPCA services a wide sector of the community including Older Adult pet owners in helping them continually reap the benefits of animal companionship. In this issue’s cover story, we look at the different avenues through which we support Older Adult pet owners, as well as introduce some of our highly valued Older Adult volunteers. Other highlights include: urban dangers to wildlife; a column where Dr Jane our Chief Vet Surgeon answers pocket and exotic pet questions; and a look at one of our behind the scene heroes Dr Lillian on her animal welfare duty. Aside from a heartfelt story of Luffy, the adopted rescue dog, we have tips to share on how to keep you and your pet looking great this summer, as well as instructions on making a comfy bed for your beloved pet. Happy reading!
