The second corona wave in 2021 wreaked havoc
and disrupted daily life. However, despite the
coronavirus pandemic, the year has been rather
fantastic for Indian companies. India is the second-most popular Asia Pacific nation
in terms of capital investment in 2021, behind China and
the United States, according to Global Data. We now
have the third-largest start-up ecosystem in the world
with 60,000 certified start-ups. Our start-ups have taken
use of cutting-edge technology, produced worthwhile
solutions, and given many people jobs

nspirational leaders, distinguished organisations,and

all strive for success.These industry leaders represent 
an opportunity for growth for the country as a whole. It is 
critical to recognise and support such talented individuals and 
organisations. We’re thrilled to present to you in this edition 
of Business Outreach, our annual tribute to some remarkable 
- and often little-known - people who are changing the world 
one step at a time.
The team at Business Outreach conducted extensive 
investigation before compiling this year’s list, going through 
several names (including nominations submitted by candidates). 
After that, we asked a group of specialists for their opinions. 
The Business Outreach’s editorial team then arrived at the final 
of individuals who make up this year’s list after considering 
their own research as well as the opinions of their expert panel. 
We sincerely hope that you will appreciate reading about them 
as much as we enjoyed compiling this list.
We’re confident that these stories, along with others that 
are equally inspiring, will spread a message of hope in 2023. 
We haven’t fully recovered from the economic effect of the 
pandemic, but reading about these efforts, whether COVID 
related or not, reminds us of the human spirit’s tenacity. We 
hope that this year’s winners, like those who came before them, 
achieve great things.

We, at Business Outreach Magazine, stand to
offer standing ovations to the ‘Achievers of the Year’ who

themselves from their shortcomings during their journey of
struggle, brushed themselves off, and created new professional

agribusiness, healthcare, lifestyle and sports.

W hat a shift in times! Two years ago, it
appeared that there wasn’t anything that
could stop the world economy. Indians
globally were optimistic that 2020 will only bring them
larger and better things in terms of entrepreneurship.Negativity is all around. You can browse a tab and read
something harrowing. However, you may get to know the
Indians attempting to resolve the issues through Business
Outreach’s 40 Under 40. The best news of the year is 40
Under 40.There are plenty of these people among our Top 40 Under
40 contenders this year. Each one of our contenders has a
special story to tell that was just as significant as the finalists
who made it to the top. Any such list, however, cannot be
complete. It can only mean that India has a generation that can
compete with the best in the world, one that is brimming with
young talent and inexhaustible enthusiasm in nearly every
field

It’s 2022, and yes, we don’t have flying cars, but we
can’t keep calm because of all the cool things that
we do have. Artificial Intelligence and Augmented
reality that brings joy into the daily lives of more than
163 million people.According to the Commerce and
Industry Ministry, the total number of patent filings in India
has gone up from 42,763 in 2014-15 to 66,440 in 2021-22
due to the measures undertaken by the Indian government
to strengthen intellectual property rights (IPR) regime of
the country. These numbers indicate that Indian economy is
undergoing a renaissance.
We received an array of nominations. The Business
Outreach’s Editorial Team has curated the list of ‘Most
Innovative Companies’ on the basis of several criteria,
including internal innovations, company programs and
processes, the impact the innovation has created. We hope
