Alexy Jacob, Pious Thalakottur, and Raju Paul shares their experience in My Story. Dr. Vineetha Joby talks about the beauty of family and the necessary qualities each family should possess and practice. Sharlet Anns Toms accounts the mission experiences of Dr. Surya Devassy. There is also a write up about Dr. C. C. Alice Kutty by Reshmi Joy Purakadan.
Teen Spirit, a separate segment for teens and kids includes stories and articles on young Saints. In Rainbow, Blaise Joseph illustrates young characters from the Bible such as David, Samuel, and Susanna and teenaged Catholic Saints who lived a life of faith and utmost devotion to God, and invites the teen readers to follow their footsteps and be a strong witness. Tony C. Thomas suggests ways to overcome procrastination. The issue also contains Youth News by Joby Jose, Cine Talkies by Joseph Anthraper, Book Shelf by Anitha Babu, and Vartha Vicharam by Sunny Kokkapillil.

It is the only youth and teenage communication in Malayalam with a focus on the Church.
