From 2013, Jatra will be published three times in a year. This is the first issue of 2013. The issue starts with a satirical cover and has many more cartoons inside. The issue has an article predicting the topics of television daily soaps ten year from now by Abhijit Pendharkar. Chandrahas Mirasdar has made a strong political comment (in a light mood) on the current condition of drought in several parts of Maharashtra.

The issue is packed with numerous rib-tickeling jokes.

The issue is a must read for summer vacation.
