Dear Readers,

I generally prefer to write Editor’s Note at my desk back in Delhi, but sometimes it is good to break the monotony. This time I broke it after watching a recent video on Facebook, which reminded me that we are two weeks away from the International Women’s Day. At the moment, I am on my way for a brand meeting and the video reminded me of the lines of Melinda Gates that says, “A woman with a voice is by definition a strong woman. But the search to find that voice can be remarkably difficult.” Thank god, we are not in the age, and today our women have not only raised the voice, but have also marked their presence in all walks of life. One such woman is our cover girl for the month of March, who is known for her power-packed performances, dancing skills and now a strategic entrepreneur too. I am sure that time is changing and the future will see many more such women and we as a nation will feel proud of them. As a tribute, this issue features a few such women entrepreneurs who are changing things around and are role model to many. On that note, I will you all Happy International Women’s Day and Holi too! Let’s spread the colours of love, care and equality.
