As we wrap the year to a close, we look back at some of the important milestones and celebrate those individuals who’ve achieved tremendous accomplishments. We are, obviously, talking about badminton doubles partners Aaron Chia and Soh Wooi Yik who have made Malaysia proud with their historic win at the World Badminton Championships 2022. Also in the lineup is gymnastics darling Ng Joe Ee, as the 16-year-old tells us of the realities of her day-to-day, as well as Suriani Kempe of Family Frontiers, who continues to be tireless in her pursuit of procuring equal rights for Malaysian mothers to confer their citizenship to their overseas-born children so they can have a stable future. We’re also excited for the coming year-end holidays, so in an act of joyous sharing, the issue is packed with pages and pages of food, drinks, party outfits, gift ideas and more.
