In this issue

In the second edition, we are looking at photography as an art form, as well as the road of growth and success of one of South Africa’s beloved sons, Blunt Moya. He is tackling controversial topics and breaking the silence through his work. We also learn a bit more about the history of photography as well as the humble beginnings of Blunt’s photography career.

We introduce you to Cecilia Molokwane and Candy Tsamandebele. Candy is an award winning singer, composer, actress, and businessperson. Cecilia is the President of Netball South Africa and she is going to take this sport into the future.

We learn about the incredibly fascinating 400 year old dynasty of the Balobedu people, their ancestry, culture, indigenous knowledge, where they came from, where they are now and everything in between.

Our Fashion section showcases several designers, including Tumalone Lifestyle, a privately owned fashion design, sourcing and manufacturing company, with a sneak peek at their 2021 collection. And for those with a rebellious streak, we introduce OKYD, a street wear brand that explores the rebellious contemporary fashion and street culture.

In Travel we explore majestic Limpopo with Sbahle Kgobe, our travel editor, as she shares her adventures from The Camp Jabulani in Hoedspruit, to Clifftop Exclusive Hideaway Lodge in Vaalwater, the Abel Erasmus pass, and Zebula Golf Estate and Spa.

We touch base with Mr Dynamix on his incredible 3000km journey from Beitbridge to Cape Town in a campaign to encourage “Active fatherhood” and its importance in the upbringing of happy, healthy children in South Africa. This journey would see him travel 3000 kilometres from Beitbridge to Cape Town taking us on a scenic journey through towns both big and small across South Africa.
