OFFICE WITH MORE

With a brief to design a space that reflected the styles of the next generation office bearers, this office in Pune for former minister and industrialist Harshwardhan Patil reflects the taste of his kids Ankita and Raj. The next gen wanted to create a space that would be timeless, globally appealing and reflected their taste, and they got just that. Designer Pooja Ashley married design with passion, and the result is mind blowing.

FREE FLOWING SPACE

The office has bright daylight filtering in through fenestrations on the two sides. The plan and the design details were deliberately laid out to maximise the sunshine entering the office. The team has worked on a plan that allows these spaces to freely flow into one another visually as also in terms of connectivity. The conference and the meeting room have been spatially aligned to have direct access from the reception so that guests can be directed for a meeting to either of the spaces. To the left of the reception, three cabins have been zoned out in a line, while the workspaces and the private lounge have been organised behind the reception. The whole office spreads across 3,000 sq ft of area.
