Best Seller Award (Fiction and Non-Fiction) went to Prodoshe Prakritojon, Chihlekothar Sepoy, Porarthoporotar Orthonity, Muldhara Ekattor, Ekattorer Smrity, Probashe Muktijuddherdinguli, Postcards from Bangladesh and Sailing against the Wind.
Other award categories were the Outstanding Impact Award, Prolific Author Award, Support Institution Award, Associate Award and Patron Award.
Jothashobdo, The Cruel Birth of Bangladesh: Memoirs of an American Diplomat, Bangladesh Politics: Problems and Issues, Economic Geography of Bangladesh, Rotting from the Head: Donors and LDC Corruption, Pakistanider Drishtite Ekattor, Lost Innocence, Stolen Childhoods, A Simple Solution: Teaching Millions to Treat Diarrhoea at Home and Sheikh Mujib: Triumph and Tragedy received the Outstanding Impact Award while Niaz Zaman and Moudud Ahmed received Prolific Author Award.
