When it comes to mobility, Maruti Suzuki’s expertise knows no bounds. Their extensive presence in all segments of the market makes them the pioneers in the automobile industry of our country. Already possessing reputable experience with a leadership stance in the taxi and the van commercial segment, the country’s largest passenger vehicle maker, Maruti Suzuki India Limited has ventured into the commercial segment market with the launch of their LCV-Super Carry.
Commercial is not an unfamiliar concept for Maruti Suzuki as 40 per cent of their existing customer base comprises of numerous business profiles including businessmen, small traders and self-employed individuals. This led to Maruti Suzuki’s foray into the commercial segment in September 2016. The Commercial Channel customers can broadly be classified into three categories. One set of owners who use the vehicle in their own business for transportation of goods and seek to improve its efficiency and get better savings. Another set of customers would be those owner cum drivers whose primarily need is to get a stable income & this vehicle acts as a source of livelihood for them. The third segment are the institutional customer like corporates and Government who use it for special applications.
