There is more to architecture and design that goes farther than creating functional spaces – it understands the ethos of work culture and its processes. The architecture of contemporary workspaces, emphasizing efficiency and clarity in design, fails to appreciate the culture inherent to a workspace. With its peripheral lines and functional design language, DLF Cyber Park in Gurugram displays a sensitive balance in the symphony of spaces and volume.
The edifice
DLF Cyber Park sited on an 11.8-acre plot, is an office complex strategically located on NH-48, and comprises of three distinct interconnected buildings. DLF Cyber Park is today poised to be the ultimate address for a business destination. It's a world-class, high-performance and an intelligent office buildings complex with grade “A” quality on par with international standards.
The building configuration is ground + 12 floors, with amenity spaces comprising F & B, retail, gymnasium, etc., on the ground and first floor levels. Most of the terraces are covered with solar panels. There are four basements for parking and ancillary services with multiple/segregated ingress and egress points for a smooth traffic flow.
DLF Cyber Park buildings have 16 high-speed passenger elevators for each block and a dedicated fire tower having a lift and staircase for each core. All elevators have Emergency Rescue Devices (ERD) installed to ensure the safety of the users in the event of a power failure. Twelve shuttle elevators handle the pedestrian ingress and egress from the basements in two locations; this ensures no direct access to the offices from the basements giving enhanced security.
