Todd Rovak states that people, irrespective of age, associate themselves more with Batman since he uses tools, technology, and training to improve himself rather than a Superman, who is born perfect. Rovak, who was appointed the CEO of both Capgemini Consulting and Fahrenheit 212 before he was 40, further states that the Batman vs. Superman lens was often spoken about at Fahrenheit 212 while discussing innovation. He explains that companies following the Superman concept for innovation have an industry standard success rate of 15 percent, while those adopting the Batman theory of 'practice and perfect' can anticipate an 87 percent success rate.

How Can They Fire Her?
It is a common phenomenon in the corporate landscape to misinterpret the inability to respond to a query by a Manager as a serious lapse which at times leads to termination of his/her services. As a fallout, not only do they risk losing out a person with superior managerial skills, they also dampen the spirit of the juniors in her department, leading to sinking morale and reduced engagement.
