The existing business model is, in fact, a pivot, aiming to overcome the deficiencies of a fragmented physical diagnostic framework that currently exists in the country.The current Healthians&rsquo; setup comprises of a highly trained sample collection staff and extensive technological collaboration with labs, along with an extensive and strict 300 point quality audit in place. &ldquo;In order to reduce the manpower cost, we automated the backend ensuring seamless flow of services for our users. Prior to the Series A round, the company had raised its seed round from YouWeCan Ventures, the investment arm of Cricketer Yuvraj Singh, that helped the brand scale rapidly.Future ReadyHaving set stable operations in Delhi/NCR, the company plans to expand to the other major cities including Bengaluru, Mumbai, Hyderabad and Pune in the second quarter of 2017. &ldquo;Apart from expanding to other cities, our focus is on continuously improving quality, cutting lab overheads and making the customer experience seamless.
