ANDREW CAUGHT IN $1.4M SCAM!

DISGRACED Prince Andrew is tangled in a new shameful scandal involving a mysterious $1.4 million payoff an elderly woman claims was stolen from her by the rogue royal’s close pal Selman Turk!

Middle Eastern businessman Turk, 35, was first introduced to Andrew three years ago by another friend of the prince — Tarek Kaituni, a convicted Libyan gun smuggler — and apparently wormed his way into the Duke of York’s inner circle with lavish dinners, gifts and money, say sources.

Turk’s shocking payout to Andrew was revealed in a British lawsuit filed by 77-year-old Nebahat Isbilen, the wife of Ilhan Isbilen, a member of Turkey’s parliament. She fled to England after her hubby was imprisoned over a political dispute. She asked former Goldman Sachs banker Turk to move her $90 million fortune out of her native country to Britain, court papers reveal.

She now charges Turk, winner of Andrew’s mentorship program, scammed her out of $52 million — and $1.4 million of the stolen cash ended up being paid to the prince, who’s now reportedly returned the money.

She claims Turk, who lives in a residence owned by Queen Elizabeth, told her the payment was for Andrew’s help in getting her a passport, which the royal denies.
