SCORNED she-devil Jasmine Martinez snagged a $15,000 federal pandemic relief loan — and used most of the money to hire a hitman who rubbed out her onetime love rival, authorities charge.

Miami beauty shop owner Martinez, 33, received a Paycheck Protection Program handout in 2021, shortly before TSA agent Le’Shonte Jones, 24, was fatally gunned down last May in front of her terrified toddler, who was injured during the ambush.
