A MASSIVE mysterious cover-up has buried the shocking truth about the suicide death of country star Naomi Judd and the chilling secrets discovered in her autopsy — even weeks after her body was buried, sources dish!

As GLOBE exclusively revealed, Naomi shot herself in a fit of depression April 30 after returning from Austria, where she had been supporting husband Larry Strickland at an Elvis Presley event.

The 76-year-old Turn It Loose singer’s body was buried May 7 after a private closed-casket service at Christ Church in Nashville, sources say.
