Aussie celeb trainer James Duigan, who works with stars including Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Elle Macpherson and Emilia Clarke, is the creator of the “Lose 5 kilos in 2 weeks” diet. He claims women can lose one to two kilos a week, depending on their starting weight. This involves a total daily calorie count of 1315 to 1673 calories, compared to the average count of 1912 to 2151 calories for a 70kg woman.

His top tip? Eat lots of green veg or take a fibre supplement. According to James, fibre helps to reduce those pesky bingo arms by eliminating toxins.
