Britney Fights The Haters: 'I'm Skinny As A Needle'

Is this the beginning of a toxic body battle for the singer?

Britney Spears has been putting out some mixed messages lately when it comes to her appearance. And while it has pals concerned that – on top of everything else – the troubled singer has some body issues to contend with, she’s hitting back at the haters!

Last month, the 37-year-old pop princess took to Instagram during a romantic vacay in Miami with her personal trainer toyboy Sam Asghari, 25, to accuse the paparazzi of altering their photos to make her look larger.

“Yesterday, I went swimming. I look like I’m 40 pounds [18kg] bigger than I am today,” Brit blasted. “This is how I am right now and I’m skinny as a needle. You tell me, what is real?”
