Yikes!NW is reliably tipped that 26-year-old Sel poured her heart into an emotional daily diary while holed up at a private facility on the US east coast. The ledgers are said to contain personal and sensitive tea on her famous exes, including the likes of Justin Bieber, Orlando Bloom and The Weeknd, and the fact the tea might be spilled is a massive source of embarrassment.&ldquo;This is a nightmare for Selena, as well as all the guys she&rsquo;s written about,&rdquo; dishes an insider. &ldquo;Word is it was a big part of her recovery to empty her thoughts onto paper, so she wrote extensively about the guys who hurt her feelings over the past several years.
