PRINCE WILLIAM is trapped in a cancer nightmare after medical tests have led doctors to suspect the heir to Britain’s throne may be fighting a slow-moving form of the deadly disease, palace insiders told The National ENQUIRER!

Now the 38-year-old royal and his family are terrified William is in severe danger and medical experts are monitoring his health for any symptoms of the illness, said a high-level courtier, who revealed the palace is in panic.

“For now, details of William’s health crisis are being kept on a need-to-know basis,” said the courtier.

“There’s talk around the palace the prince’s decision to reveal he tested positive for COVID-19 during the spring is really an attempt to explain away his condition. Doctors found something funky when they checked for the virus.”
