‘You don't learn how to be a parent at medical school!'

She welcomed her son Lisbon Lion in May and Dr Zoe Williams, who gave birth at her southeast London home with partner Stuart McKay by her side, is busy learning the ropes as a new mum.

But the This Morning star is also determined to “get her muscles back” – revealing to new that Lisbon is her secret weapon when it comes to working out!

And on top of all that, Elastoplast ambassador Zoe is looking forward to continuing her work with Public Health England and The Royal College of General Practitioners.

Here, the GP, 41, opens up on the possibility of baby number two with Stuart, 40, and the pressure she feels as a first-time mum with a medical background…

Hi Zoe! How is your baby son Lisbon doing?

He is just at an amazing age because every day he is doing something new. Lisbon has always been a very active and strong baby – he was pushing himself up on his belly from pretty much birth and he rolled over when he was seven weeks old. Now he is trying to stand and take the weight on his legs. He is just a happy, smiley baby. We have reached a stage where sometimes I am excited for him to get bigger and be more independent – but equally I want him to stay exactly as he is!

Do you find there’s pressure from social media because you’re a GP and a mum now?
