Leaving people in shock is nothing new for the Kardashian family. But when Khloé posted a photo on Instagram on November 10, fans took her to task over what looked to be a brand-new, slimmed-down nose. ‘She literally has a different face,’ one wrote. ‘Girl where’s your nose?’ another quipped.

But far from being put off by her followers’ comments, the 33-year-old seemed proud of her revamped visage, taking to social media two days later to flaunt another snap showing off her streamlined schnoz and plumped pout.

‘Haters will say it’s photoshopped,’ she wrote – although her followers suggested otherwise. ‘It’s not photoshop,’ commented one. ‘It’s fillers and plastic surgery.’
