She Comes Out on Top After a Court Battle, a Break-up and Two Feuds…   

Taylor Swift wasn’t messing around. Sitting in a Denver courtroom, the Grammy winner remained composed as she came face to face with David Mueller, the DJ who claimed she falsely accused him of inappropriately grabbing her butt in 2013 – costing him his job. ‘Taylor didn’t look scared at all. She was tough,’ an eyewitness who was in the courtroom on August 10 tells OK!. ‘David looked terrified, but Taylor just kept staring at him.’

The following day, the judge tossed out the federal lawsuit against Taylor. He ruled that David, 55, could not prove the singer had set out to get him fired. While that suit was over for Taylor, she was countersuing David and asking only for ‘one symbolic dollar’, said her attorney Douglas Baldridge, because she was so outraged at being touched inappropriately. ‘Taylor Swift has no desire to bankrupt this man,’ explained Douglas. ‘She’s just trying to tell people out there that you can say no when someone puts their hand on you. Grabbing a woman’s rear end is an assault, and it’s always wrong. Any woman – rich, poor, famous, or not – is entitled to have that not happen.’
